Shipping Policy
All set orders are processed in a minimum of 10-14 business days (longer for holiday sales and seasons). Sizing kits are typically sent out within 3 business days. Any circumstances that may extend processing times shall be communicated with you immediately, including but not limited to: complex designs, an abundance of orders, multiple sets per order, or personal matters. Sizing kits and sets that are placed in the same order will be sent out in two separate packages, one following the other, and will have separate tracking for each. All tracking numbers are sent and recorded for your convenience. If you are having problems locating tracking, please reach out. All orders are shipped via USPS and any delays or damages inflicted during the shipping process are out of my control. Please contact USPS directly for any updates or complaints.
Return & Exchange Policy
Sizing kits are available and highly recommended if you've never been sized for press-ons before. This will insure your set fits as naturally as possible. If they are too big, they will bend and break. If they are too small, they wont cover the entire nail bed. Refunds are NOT offered for sets that are purchased with generic sizing.
Sets purchased and properly sized that do not match your expectations or have any issues will be refunded or exchanged for another set. To start this process, please reach out to me via the Contact page, email (brattybbynails@gmail.com), Twitter (@brattynails_), or Instagram (@brattynails__). Photos and descriptions of issues are required. It is up to my discretion to decide if client error or product defectiveness is the source of damage and therefore fit for exchange or refund.
